Designed, and manage daily website updates for FitnessBootCamp4U website (www.fitnessbootcamp4u.com), while also teaching fitness boot camp sessions, part-time, in the Katy area. Work closely with clientele in helping to fulfill their exercise and nutrition goals (as a Certified Personal Trainer) during a four week program schedule, while also monitoring proper form for safety and injury prevention.

Program Administrator & Accounts Manager – CSTARS / CalSpace
Responsible for daily management decisions, internal and external consultation, general and technical assistance to the CSTARS lab and CalSpace Center of Excellence staff and students. Prepared contract and grants with annual budgets totaling in excess of $3 million combined, for the center’s PI/Director. Account Manager for CalSpace grants, while also responsible for monitoring CSTARS budgets and activities of active grants, and webmaster / designer for CSTARS website (www.cstars.ucdavis.edu). Coordinated with UCD’s Extramural Accounting and other UC campuses for appropriation of funds to approved projects. Prepared data for reports, presentations and publications as needed. Initiated accounting transactions, including purchasing, travel, direct charges, budget adjustments, and intercampus transfers. Processed purchasing requests for field and research needs using Purchase Orders and the University Purchasing Card when it applies. Interacted with outside federal agencies, contractors and vendors relating to budget and business needs.
