PI/Director. Account Manager for CalSpace grants, while also responsible
for monitoring CSTARS budgets and activities of active grants, and webmaster
/ designer for CSTARS website (www.cstars.ucdavis.edu).
Coordinated with UCD’s Extramural Accounting and other UC campuses
for appropriation of funds to approved projects. Prepared data for reports,
presentations and publications as needed. Initiated accounting transactions,
including purchasing, travel, direct charges, budget adjustments, and
intercampus transfers. Processed purchasing requests for field and research
needs using Purchase Orders and the University Purchasing Card when it
applies. Interacted with outside federal agencies, contractors and vendors
relating to budget and business needs.
