included design of user manuals for quick reference guides,
and training documentation.
In
2000, Hollis Manaker went to work for the University
of California, Davis, while her husband was pursuing
his Ph.D. degree in GeoPhysics. She gained more experience
from an administrative position, working with contracts
and grants with annual budgets totaling in excess of $3
million combined, for the CalSpace Center of Excellence
(CalSpace)
and the Center for Spatial Technologies and Remote Sensing
(CSTARS)
